Определение мобильной версии сайта

Устанавливаем через composer в папке core:
```
composer require mobiledetect/mobiledetectlib
```

Создаем сниппет detectMobile, который будет отвечать за определение:

Подключаем fenom и создаем правило в чанках или шаблоне:
