Чиним modRelation - вывод похожих ресурсов

Работающая версия компонента modRelation, для вывода похожих статей. Исправлен неработающий функционал, добавлен параметр &limit. В компоненте всего один сниппет, поэтому можно даже не скачивать компонент, а использовать сразу этот код:
